Scholars are provided a number of learning opportunities designed to test, refine, and further develop their respective leadership and professional interests and abilities. These development
opportunities assist in understanding the financial services industry, the careers that are available, current hot topics, the main players in the industry, and overall career preparation. Participation in development activities is required throughout the four year experience.
