Networks Financial Institute to Present Midwest Financial Services Career Fair
Event to connect top business school students with financial service companies

(August 10, 2005, Indianapolis, Ind.) – Networks Financial Institute at Indiana State University will host the Midwest Financial Services Career Fair on Monday, November 8, from noon to 7 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.  The first-of-its-kind conference will bring together students from leading Indiana business schools with financial services career opportunities at firms including banking, professional services, securities and leading corporations.

The career fair is targeted toward college students seeking careers in financial planning, sales, marketing, product development, financial analysis, operations management, accounting and information systems.  “The range of career opportunities in the financial services arena is very broad.  This event highlights the diversity of career options available for individuals planning a career in financial services,’ said Elizabeth Coit, executive director of Networks Financial Institute.

The following Indiana colleges and universities will collaborate in the event:  Indiana State University, Anderson University, Ball State University, Butler University, DePauw University, Earlham University, University of Evansville, Franklin College, Hanover College, Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, Indiana University East, Indiana University Kokomo, Indiana University South Bend, University of Indianapolis, Marian College, Saint Joseph’s College, University of Southern Indiana, Taylor University and Wabash College.
